A receptionist will call out your name/phone number on your sign in sheet
and check you in.
EXAM/CONSULTATION
If you choose CURBSIDE,
A Technician will go outside to pick up your pet
and bring them into the treatment area directly.
If you choose
IN-ROOM,
Receptionist will place you in an exam room.
TREATMENT/ESTIMATE
Curbside Service:
Doctor/Staff will come out to speak with you, then receptionist will provide you with the recommended diagnostics and treatment plan.
In-Room Service:
Doctor will speak with you
in the room then receptionist will provide you with the recommended diagnostics and treatment plan.
PAYMENT/DISCHARGE
Curbside: Method of payment will be collected from your car. Your pet will be brought out to you and discharge instructions will be gone over.
In-Room: Method of payment will be collected at the front desk.
